Address format on my UCAS application

Is this format acceptable?

Address line 1: House Name
Address line 2: Street Name
Address line 3: Village
Address line 1: POSTAL TOWN

As far as I know, my home only has a name and no number. Most examples I've seen online do not list a house name, only a house number, and examples with a house name that I've seen have been inconsistent, leaving me confused!

Any help would be great

Other than the fact that you've listed "Address line 1" twice (I assume that bottom one would be "Address line 4", then yes - this is fine.
