Can you say 'I'm spectacular' in response to 'how are you'?

Does it make sense grammatically?

Or should it be 'I'm doing spectacularly'?

Or does the word just not make sense here at all? Thanks!
''I'm spectacular'' is grammatically correct but it's an odd response and someone may think you're being ironic or taking the píss.
