AO casework interview results

Hi, it's second week now I've done my interview with home office, I didn't have any written test neither they asked for, how could I come to know about my results? In email description prior to interview they mentioned that they will let me inform in 48 hours in case of my successful interview. Should I wait? Or is it hopeless?

The civil service is notoriously slow am afraid.

That said, you've posted your question in the medical schools forum so very few people will be able to give you any appropriate advice.

There are a number of AO and EO Civil service areas of TSR, it might be better to post your questions there.
