No - clearing is for first-year entry.

Clearing in general is designed for matching unplaced applicants with vacancies in yr 1 and foundation years.
That being said - if you’re applying for year 2 entry and miss the main cycle application deadline (30 June) then the only way a university will be able to admit you would be using a clearing choice. Many universities will refuse to do this - yr 2 entry applications are more complicated than yr 1 entry and there simply isn’t enough time in many cases to assess modules and learning outcomes if applications arrive in the summer.
