Unsure American

Hello everyone! I’m new to the forum and I am 21 years old living in America. I graduated high school in 2020. I am planning on retaking my SAT and I have a 27 ACT. No AP classes unfortunately. My high school GPA was a 3.9. I have college courses. I was homeless during my freshman year of university in Virginia and failed a couple of courses, but switched colleges and I have a 4.0 and on my way to an associates. I filed bankruptcy as a result of my homelessness, so privet loans besides the William D Ford feel unlikely for me. I’m not in classes this semester for a job opportunity and my school doesn’t offer study abroad. I’m looking heavily into the University of Manchester or Sussex. What are the chances of getting into a university or college in the UK with my situation? And how should I go about paying? I’ve done so much research and feel out of luck. I really want to study law. It’s my passion. Tia!
