I think I'm in a devil corp

So I live in Birmingham Uk and I'm not gonna say the name of the company I'm currently with a business who specialises in door to door sales. I've had the same interview experiences as many others where there's multiple people in the interview with me, can hear loud music from another room and also being promise like 23k per year. Now on my 3rd week I'm finding out this is commission based? I've been on two road trips where we go to different cities and always without fail they run an impact and morning meeting which is basically we stand In a circle and let eachother know what worked well for us the day before and then were told a story always relating around not giving up and how even if you're not seeing signs of growth its happening which I feel is a bit manipulative. I'm set to be promoted from entry level to team leader. Am I ****ed? What do I do 😂😭 I'm too young for this **** man 😭

Could you share names? I am currently dealing with company "Agape Worldwide" registered at this address. Your description it's nearly identical to my experience so I am wondering if VChain just changed their name.

Also can you make money in devilcorps like those? It's still sales after all

Omg I think I know which company you’re on about 😭 if it’s the same one you need to get out of there asap. I left and got a customer service job taking inbound calls which I don’t mind because it’s easy and I work from home and choose my own hours. I’ll be working in between term times too. Idk if they’re still hiring but look on their website it’s called remflexgroup.co.uk.
