UCAS Request to amend qualifications
I am dropping a qualification (AP French) but it says to "Upload certificate or document to support your changes" on the request to amend qualifications page. Do I need to do this? I never actually signed up for the AP exam, I was going to self study for it, but changed my mind. How would I upload a document to support it?

You usually wouldn't be able to provide a document in support of dropping it. I suspect it's a generic change request message, e.g. if the awarding body was changing.
Will it let you submit it without any document?
NB. After it's done, you should email your choices directly to confirm too.
