Submitted UCAS application, but may have to change exam centre

Hello, I am an early applicant and have submitted my UCAS application for next years entry a few days ago. However I think I will have to change the centre where I'm sitting my exams at. Is this possible? How do I go about doing this?

Thank you. Also it says “ The exam centre name won’t change when viewed in your application.” Do I need to do anything about this?

i think they mean that it won’t change to you as the applicant.

If you want to be doubly sure you can email your choices to confirm after you’ve submitted the form.
