UCAS reference - editing pending qualifications

I completed my UCAS application and sent a reference request to my professor.
I realised that I had to leave the grade box blank for it to register it as a pending grade and for my reference to be able to set a predicted grade.
I have since amended it but the UCAS system says that those changes won't change what my referee has because I have already sent a reference request.
Does anyone know what I can do considering that the deadline is in three days?

What was in the box before you changed it to blank?

I actually wrote 'Pending'

Then it shouldn’t make any difference.

The problem is that my reference can't see any predicted grades on their side.
