Hi there, we would require the following two forms: This one completed by you: https://media.slc.co.uk/sfe/2324/ft/sfe_nmt_to_mt_form_2324_o.pdf and then this one completed by your parents: https://media.slc.co.uk/sfe/2324/ft/sfe_pff2_form_2324_o.pdf. Once received it's taking an estimated 31 working days to process the forms and update your funding. Thanks, Jason
