Would I be able to get into medicine in the top unis if I retook 3 gcses

Hello
I was just wondering if i would still have a chance in medicine if I retake 3 of my gcses cause of teachers absence in yr 10 and yr 11 and also moving school from a different city to a new city(currently in year 12 and considering it) and also would i still have a chance at the top universities in the country. Please bear in my mind out of these 3 subjects i failed one and pretty much everyone in my year group got the same grade like I did or lower.

Medicine is medicine, you will come out the ability to practise as a doctor from virtually all (if not all) uk unis the ranking of the uni will not change this. If you want to retake them then crack on but if unis will still take you for medicine without these subjects or only have specific subject requirements etc then probably not worth it (unless they take into account your whole gcse profile as part of your application).
