Why do I find it hard to move on from people?
Friends/ relationships- I know it’s not unusual but I feel I’m an overly sensitive person. I find it really hard to move on from people. Whenever I move/ leave schools I seem to struggle more than others to get over people and change. I get sad that I won’t see friends lives develop/ see who they become irl- only on social media. I struggle with the fact I used to see them everyday and now I’ll never see them again.
I’m 20 and have had around 3/4 different friend groups. Eventually you only end up speaking to one from each group after years. I expect I’ll go through it again maybe but I find it so sad.
