Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome - Monitoring?

Hi;

Kinda health related but not entirely as this is more to do with coursework as I have a piece due in December.

My work is related to anything involving infertility or subfertility and I chose to do my work in PCOS as I have a mate who's partner has it and found it rather interesting if I could learn a bit about it and use it towards my Masters course.

Currently I'm having issues on the monitoring of PCOS, minus anti-Mullerian hormone (AMH) serum testing. (I'm not doing treatment as I can't fit an intro, the pathophysiology, diagnosis, monitoring, treatment and conclusion in any reasonable depth in 2k words or less).

Does anyone here know anything on PCOS and any tests that are put forward AFTER the patient has been diagnosed with PCOS?

Cheers!

I have had no monitoring of any kind after my diagnosis (was diagnosed nearly 6 years ago)
