How to Contact amazon about late refund?

Last month I ordered a book for pickup at my local newsagents via amazon pick up feature but didnt manage to get it before the deadline passed (dont ask why). I was emailed it wasnt available for pickup and a refund will be issued in 5-7 business days.

The deadline for pickup was on november 26th so its been well over 2 weeks since I was supposed to get the refund and its not in my account

Ive tried using their FAQs but none are helping me. Im not sure how to contact them about this as they have a no-reply email.

Anyone know what I can do about this?
