Warwick finance foundation home fee status

I would like to do Finance Bsc in warwick with a foundation year but I am confused if I can do that.

https://www.wbs.ac.uk/courses/undergraduate/foundation-year/requirements/

https://warwick.ac.uk/study/undergraduate/courses/bsc-accounting-finance-foundation-year/

These two pages show something different, WBS says "Please note that this course is only available to applicants eligible for Home Fee Status."
The normal warwick site says This course is only available to applicants who are eligible for Home Fee Status and meet our Widening Participation criteria."

Do I need to only have Home fee status or also meet the widening participation criteria. I checked UKCISA and I meet home fee status. Do I also need the widening participation criteria to do the foundation course. Thanks.

I think you need to meet both requirements, but it is worth a call to admissions to clarify.
