yes they shoul be able to, they might give you a condition where you have to get certain grades in certain subjects and as long as you meet those conditions youll get a spot. Although this depends on the course and uni you apply to. The more competitive the course & Uni the harder the conditions will be or you could just get an outright rejection, Good Luck!
