Archaeology degree ba year abroad/work placement?

I am just wondering has anyone got or heard of someone with a btec extended level 3 and foundation course getting in with dmm and m with a contextual offer lower grade requirements. The course requirements are ddd for my type of grades which are a level equivalent

This is probably such a specific case that even if it happened before, it doesn't necessarily imply it will again - and equally just because they haven't yet, doesn't mean they won't.

That said the archaeology course at UCL (indeed archaeology degrees anywhere) are formally academic degrees so they may prefer to see at least some traditionally academic qualifications (much of the degree is assessed by written essay, and some by final written examination).

However it's at most one choice out of five, and you only need two offers from those five - so if you meet the contextual requirements you can try rolling the dice :smile:
