I’m doing psychology for undergrad and I’m so confused on what exactly I need to do to after I get my degree to become a CBT therapist. All the courses are confusing and I’m not sure what job is even relevant
Hi,
You need to either do MSc in CBT or CPCAB Level 2 and 3 Certificate in counselling, Level 4 – Diploma in counselling and then a level 5 - Diploma in CBT.
If you take the MSc route you need to do CPCAB Level 2 and 3 Certificate in counselling and relevant experience.

Relevant jobs would be emotional support/counselling on helpline or working as a social work assistant etc
