Can’t get hold of my boyfriend
Situations like this make me incredibly anxious and uncomfortable . He lost his phone a few weeks ago and in the interim he’s just been dropping me an email to say he got to work Ok. He started work at 7 and I’ve not heard from him. I’m so worried he didn’t make it ok he ALWAYs emails this is so out of character. Everything was fine last night what if he’s just run away and broken up with me? I’m so worried. I have his office number but I’m worried his colleagues will think I look insane but I’m genuinely worried. This is SO unlike him and I don’t know what to do with myself!
How can I calm down? Please any advise would be really appreciate it I feel incredibly anxious
