Wsing phone in the car
I was parked outside my house and I turned the engine on so windows defrost with parking brake on and I was on my phone setting my satnav and one guy on a motorbike drove by really slow and I have a feeling that he videoed me. Do you think I can get penalised?
No, the biker would need a few screws loose to think that was worth theirs or anyone else's time.
