Why are you opening it from home if you dont want people knowing where you live?
If you need to collect their phone then where are you collecting it from- their house? Their workplace?
Unless you are picking up the customers phones from their homes/workplaces etc and dropping off the customers phones back at their homes/workplaces etc then unfortunately you may need to let them know where you live so they can bring the phone to you/collect it.
