I have applied to 5 universities via UCAS. I have received acknowledgement of my application from 4 of them but not the 5th . Should i be worried that i have not received confirmation of receiving my application.

No. Some unis just take a few extra days to process and acknowledge it and you might not hear from some until they've made a decision on your application.

As long as it looks the same as the others on UCAS Hub then you’re fine.

As above, some unis are slow whilst others won’t send them at all.

Yeah Imperial took a week to get back with acknowledgment
