A Level remark in January?

Is it possible to get an a level remark this late into the year? I was 1 mark off a B in my Edexcel Politics last year

Frankly I don't really care as I'm in a decent uni, but the fact that I was 1 mark off just p*sses me off lmao. Also because of me asking the school's exam coordinator and head of sixth form to appeal during results day but got aired despite multiple emails
