Is it possible to get pregnant this way

I’m seeing this guy and we agreed to wait a few months before we have sex.
But things did get heated one day, there was no penetration and we tried not to make any direct skin-to-skin contact down there. Whatever happened, there was always atleast one layer between us, but he did get pre-stuff on my underwear (I’m trying to censor this). I made sure to rinse myself almost immediately.

It’s been 2 weeks but I’m worried about the possibility that I still could’ve gotten pregnant. I’ve been feeling a little off, idk if that’s because I’m hyper aware of everything I’m feeling because of how anxious I am about this, or if it’s just my period approaching.
I’m really worried and would really appreciate any advice
