How much do you have to write about the extra curriculars you do in your personal statement?

Do you mean extra or super curricular because they are two different things.
Extra curricular should be no more than 800 characters, I would say (mine was just over 700 characters).
Super curricular is more to do with your course, and I wrote just over 750 characters for that section of my personal statement, but it does really depend on what you have done and whether it is relevant to the course you are applying to.
