Are Microcredentials on your resume useful?

I’m halfway through my BA and I wanna be strategic with the time I have left to increase my chances of securing not only a spot on a MA but also give it a go at a scholarship. Would attending real life summer schools or online courses to receive microcredentials on topics related to my BA/MA help? Will recruiters care?

Probably not. If you want a scholarship to do an MA, then you aren't dealing with recruiters, you are dealing with academics and university admissions systems. High grades are what counts, plus a strong research proposal and excellent references. Maybe conferences and publications of any sort will add more, but not many undergrads can get those.
