What EPQ would you do if you wanted to do medicine

my question is the title
(i know epq isn't needed for medicine but just for research purposes)

Something that's relevant for sure and perhaps a lil controversial (allows you to argue both sides and explore ethics). AI, stem cell therapy, genetic engineering, and other tech advancements are quite common things ppl revolve their med EPQ around.
