I have paid for my first 2 years by myself no finance but now i want to dropout my question is what will happen to my degree? What will I receive or i can complete it later?

You need to check your student/course handbook to see what early exit awards are given and the process for claiming these.

Also see if you can suspend your studies instead of dropping out - that will make going back to top up easier.

Self funding makes no difference to your situation (or to your previous study being taken off your entitlement to funding for future studies)
