Deciding which med school offer to accept.

Hi guys, I'm fortunate enough to be holding two med school offers, however, I'm completely unsure of which one to accept.
I have one from Dundee and one from KMMS and I'm completely 50/50.

Dundee is a great medical school, one of the top I believe, and I love how the med school is situated inside the hospital. I have only visited once, when I went for my interview, but I did really like it there. However, I am based in Surrey, so Dundee is very far for me- 12 hour drive/8 hour train/ expensive flights (travel will take a day and costs a fair bit).

On the other hand, KMMS is close to me, only a 1.5 hour drive/train. I won't have the worry of travelling and being too far from home (I did my undergraduate degree in Durham so don't have too much of an issue with this, however, it's just far more convenient being closer to home and I'll be able to easily stay in contact with the friends I have here). If I go to KMMS, I will be able to integrate my home life with my med school life a bit more, which is appealing as I'll be spending most of my 20s there.

However, Dundee is a more established medical school, as KMMS is new and they haven't had their first cohort of graduates yet, thus they aren't yet GMC approved. They're doing brilliantly so I have no doubt they'll get accreditation, but does it seem silly choosing them over Dundee, when Dundee is supposedly the 4th best medical school in the UK?

I am genuinely 50/50 here. Each place has their positives and their drawbacks- if anyone has any advice or an opinion on this, please let me know! Sorry for rambling, and I know I'm very lucky to be in this position in the first place- thanks!
