Can my fee status change after accepting an offer

Fortunately I received all five offers with 4 giving me home status and the last one I’m still waiting to hear back. I was wondering if whether I can accept my firm and insurance choice now without knowing the status of my fees. The uni I want as my insurance choice hasn’t gotten back to me yet and I’m worried I won’t get the accommodation I want. So yeah basically can the fee status change after selecting a firm and insurance choice

Yes - it can be sorted out after you make your Firm choice.

Although just to note that neither uni should be implying that you'll miss out on accomodation by not firming/insuring early.

As above, either can reassess your fees. they are only potentially 'fixed' at the point of enrolling.
