Doing a minor abroad in the UK

I am currently studying in the Netherlands, and we are instigated to pursue a minor with a duration of 1 semester. Because going for a minor abroad is a very popular option and one that interests me, I was wondering if UK universities allow for this, and if they do, how can I explore the possibility with all the nuance needed to realise it?
I tried searching online but found no answer to my questions.
