You cant see the pic, but it's basically me a few years ago with my mum next to me, and you can see how we have similar shapes, and even more so a few years on. I cant be arsed arguing, but yeah, im losing weight after my exams, coz it's obvious that probably around 95% of blokes/women prefer their partners to be slim, rather than overweight, and thats what i was trying to find out. Me?, i'd be happy as a size 12 again, and maybe a 10, coz once you lose some, it shouldn't be too difficult to lose more if im on a roll. We even?

were we ever uneven? I like you

& I told you in my 3rd post [2nd page people]

you'd become more appealing to the masses, if you dropped SOME size by doing exercise/ditchin' the crap foods

& whilst some people will say "you are perfect as you are"

it'd be naive to think you wouldn't look better had you lost some weight

again I never told you to drop down to a size 10 or whatever but there were certain issues I had with people trying to justify certain things and who couldn't just view things in isolation for the purposes you raised.
I think that you look normal in your pictures. You don't have to be a size 6 to be sexy. All I would say is do what makes you happy. Exercise and eating healthy will make you feel better and you will lose some weight if that is what you really want. Exercise works because of the whole hormones it releases.

Don't let yourself get down. I am naturally a size 10 and I still don't think I am sexy. It is nothing to do with dress size..it is how you feel about yourself.

Bones are not attractive, and I don't know any guy who likes girls with visible bones. Being thin is more likely to show you haven't had enough to eat, at a certain point.

My boyfriend says he finds exposed clavicals, and when you can see ribs 3,4,5~ when you raise your arms, very sexy. I agree! :yep:
Liquidus Zeromus
This is patently untrue.

Some girls do look better bigger. Their curves and round figures signal fertility and sensual beauty. And it's not just guys with "fetishes" that prefer them. God, why do people assume that?

:yucky:

:yep:

I never said I thought bones looked good so I assume your agreeing with my on that. I think most girls look best half a stone or so above their natural skinny weight. Anything where fat buldges over trousers etc is just to fat, and that girl would definatly look better if she lost weight. To want your girl to be larger than this is certainly unusual and if guys go for overweight girls then to me thats a fetish, but its not as crazy as high heels etc.

an insecure, depressed, moaning bitch is more unsexy
tbh thats a bit shallow. however it has been known depression runs through genetics.
at 16 i was size 12 and depressed, at 17 i dropped to size 8 and was still depressed.
lots of people are insecure about their appearance. those who aren't are usually self centred egotists who constantly crave attention and would do anything possible to get it. sizes rarely matter, because hell guess what some people reallt dont give a **** on what a person looks like but they care about the person inside and inner beauty is so much ******* better than the artificial stereotypes some girls try and stick themselves into

I cant understand how thats shallow one bit and I wasnt calling the OP a bitch btw, I was just stating if someone was a bitch that would much them more unattractive than a size 16.
If a girl acts all depressed, unconfident and moans about her body shape but wont do anything to change it then that will come across unsexy and off putting. If a girl who is a size 16, dresses nicely, and is confident with herself no one would even think ew fat, she has to be happy with herself because if shes not it will be apparent to other people.
Confidence makes someone more sexy imo, not like too confident though obv.
And I dont really think you need to tell me how if feels to be depressed about your size thanks.

You don't look like a size 16 :s Maybe just try toning up or something if you want.
Reply 208
If I were the OP, I'd aim for something realistic like a size 14. If you aren't happy with your body when you reach that size, aim for a 12. It's really overwhelming to say "I'm going to drop 3 dress sizes", or whatever, and I think you're more likely to fail as it seems unattainable. Set yourself manageable goals. Eat healthily and exercise regularly, and you won't go far wrong. That is what I am doing (although I need to exercise a lot more.) I want to be fit so I can join sport societies at uni. Exercise is also good for stuff like depression and self-confidence. It doesn't all have to be about weight loss.

That's good to know.

Again, not necessarily so. There are a variety of shapes, and some girls look better that way, again. Not obese, but a little "overweight"... normal enough. How is it abnormal or fetishistic to like a little overhang or pot belly?

You looked better before, but thats my opinion, I dont like big veigny muscles.

& you are entitled to it

but I never started this to garner the attention of others,

so it's a non-issue for me

My boyfriend isn't huge, but he's strong :king1:. Well, in comparison to me, anyway :giggle:. God, I am such a girl :erm:.

Whilst those girls are quite hot, it wouldn't hurt them to put on a few pounds. And I bet your bottom dollar that their boobs are FAKE. When I was thin, I was flat :nn:.
I think the label of 'size 16' is more unsexy than the actual reality of it.

I'm a size 16, and am embarrassed of it, but only because of the negative attitude that goes with it (as demonstrated in this thread).

A good example of size 16 sounding worse than it is: my gorgeous boyfriend read a label poking out of my jeans on my underwear that said '16'and was like "why are you wearing underwear that is too big for you?" and went on to say "no way are you a size 16 et etc" granted i do have clothes that are 12/14 so he referred to those and still wouldn't say that i was a size 16. In another conversation he jokingly said that if i got to a size 16 he would dump me (100% joke but spurting from true thoughts i think). But he definitely finds me sexy, so i really do think the label is worse than it seems.

Here's some photos of me: (although i'm not happy with my figure i wouldn't go to the extremes as some of the people in this thread with their disgust). Feel free to criticize...i think stick thin people are repulsive and i know A LOT of people who agree.

OP - you're fine, if you want to lose weight then do it but if not then just be comfortable in your own skin, you're really pretty and are in the normal category of weight - don't let bloody TSR size 6 girls and shallow guys tell you otherwise..

EDIT: ha i'm pulling horrendous faces in these but hey!

Im really unlucky as I have large ribs so they will always stick out, you cant really see in the picture i posted earlier, but for me I prefer being thin whether I look good or not. I understand some girls look better bigger, but not overweight but maybe we just have different ideas of what overweight is. I dont mean a little overhang, I mean very overweight girls, and guys who go to clubs purley to find overweight girls seems a little odd to me.

I dont think fetishes are a bad thing, I would consider my love for muscle a fetish. To be crude, if you search for fat porn, to me is a fetish, however I can understand some guys just prefer chubby girls. Im just trying to tell OP that some guys will find her sexy, but the majority prefer a thinner frame.

I think some people will never be happy no matter what size they are. I used to be a size 12/14 about 4 years ago, I worked really hard and got myself down to a size 6/8 and I still wasnt happy. Im no way naturally meant to be that size so I slowly got to a size 8/10 and have to work hard to just maintain this, im not naturally meant to be small, but I make myself small and am still not happy.
I think its just the way we are, we always want to be better[not just in looks] and I guess its natural to feel this way, even the most perfect person in the world could pick faults with themselves. People need to try and be happy with themselves, but I know thats easier said than done.
No one can say yes a size 16 is sexy, or no its disgusting because we all like and are attracted to different things. Theres no answer to these types of questions.
Thats just my opinion really.
