I think it's more likely to be due to your stressing out that your period is late.

Indeedy. Don't fred about a late period. All manner of things can make them late other than pregnancy - stress, poor diet, weight loss etc

16 and they are normally regular

i believe one of mine was about three or four weeks overdue, before i started taking the best thing ever ever ever (the pill). u should try it then there's no worries :smile:
