Whats a rep and a set. I bicep curls I'm just not familiar with the terms
Rep is short for repetition.
Set is group.
So if you curl for 3 sets of 5. That's 3 groups of 5 repetition.
If you do some repetitions then put the weight down and take a breather and then pick them up and do some more repetitions you've done one set and have put it down and started another.

In which case I usually do about 8x7 10 kg then I think
Surely if you want to compare dick and purse sizes. Shouldn't you be asking everyones 1RM on the dumbbell curl with strict form, or else how can you compare with people doing varying number of sets and reps.
Well it seems I am the weakest on here, lift only 10kg weights, but what I will say is that on the international penis size chart I am in the dark green, along with my brethren in the Congo so

Clearly didn't see my 6/8kg post. Weakest person trophy goes to me. Then again I only started like 2 weeks ago from never doing weightlifting in my life.
Hammer curl 20-22kg each hand for 2 sets then down to 18 kg. Incline curl 16-18kg each hand Reverse curl 12kg each hand
Elbows pinned no swinging
I never use barbells for curls, I don't like the restrictiveness / range of motion. I could do more weights, if I did not do high volume back workouts before biceps.
