Besides my "lagging" squat, went to the gym this morning and had an arms session - I do my deads on arm day as I find arms to be rather boring to work.
I decided to do some beautiful deads - got 3 sets of 3 of 160kg, and got 3 sets of 6 at 140kg. Went on to do arms and some abs.
I promised to update you all with some numbers today - and I am a man of my word - and I have them all written around my desk (give me some time to structure them for an easy read)

They are rather impressive (to me, anyway)
