I haven't kissed a girl since year 13 , i'm in 1st year of University now and I really want to but the only problem is I am pretty socially awkward so was just wondering how to get off with a girl in a club / bar in the easiest way possible. Like do you just walk up and grab her or what

Go up to them, ask them their name, compliment them, get their number if they are on it, buy them a drink or something and then get off with them.

Most of the time you don't even have to buy them a drink, just pretend like you a interested and it should all fall naturally after that.

Not likely to be the best environment for you - the key is attractiveness, confidence, dancing ability etc. what you suggest will only land you in a cell. Try some clubs, maybe bridge as a hunting ground..
