I mean if two adults consent then where is the issue...

I am 18, but my voice just doesn't want to stop getting deeper. Example, I met a friend a few months ago after years of not seeing her. Sent her a message on facebook the other evening, and she passed comment on how my voice had gotten 'deeper'.
