So I can take the IELTS after the application deadline (15 Jan.), right? But after that when is the deadline? Can I upload my result to UCAS after I took it?
You need to state on your UCAS application that you are intending to take the IELTS. Then the uni can make this a part of your offer. You will need to have the results of the IELTS by 31st August, so must take it early enough to have the result back by then. If you take it earlier, you may even be able to fit in a retake if necessary.
You would tell the unis that you applied to of the result.
