How much sleep do you get?

How much do you sleep?

Interested to know, do you sleep a lot or not? I sleep as much as I can, which is a lot. I find that it helps me focus.

On average 6 hours at night but I do take a short nap throughout the day.
I usually get 10 or 11 hours. Go to bed at 10, get up at 8 (9 on weekends!).
5 hours on a good night
Typically 5-6 hours, I strive for 6. I remember last year I had so much work that I typically slept 3-4 hours every night and it had very damaging effects after a few months, so now I always try to sleep 6 hours.

On the weekends is a whole other story :tongue: around 10-11

There literally isn't a denomination low enough. This is my third all-nighter in a row, and before this, I had about 2 hours sleep. All-nighters are pretty much the norm at this point: University will be the death of me.

6 hours
7 hours on work days,can be as much as 10 on weekends, wish I could manage off less but any attempts to do so always fail
8 hours, but sometimes I wake up at like 3am and not sleep again for some reason.

4-6 hours. I get home at 4pm but my workload is extremely heavy. I feel like I'm wasting my time if I sleep early.
Around 7-8 hours on weekdays.
Weekends can be as much as 10 to 12 hours

Between 5.5 and 7.5 hours on weekdays, 6.5 to 12 hours on weekends depending on what I have to do.

4 hours quality sleep even though in bed for 8 hours
