What could cause me to be so tired?

So basically, for the last year or more, my sleeping routine is to have a drink ( normally stella) and then fall asleep at around 3-4am and the wake up at about 11am.
For the last week ive been so tired, ive been falling asleep at 12-1 am, and still being so tired when i wake up at 11am. I even had an hours nap yesterday evening and was still tired.

The worrying part for me is that i cant drink alcohol, which is really not normal for me. Ive drank 4 cans over the course of a week, normally i would drink more than that in a night.

Any idea of what could be wrong? Im getting quite concerned. Thank you

I don't know how old you are, but if you're in your late teens it's possible you generally need more sleep - statistics vary, but on average adolescents need 8-10 hours of sleep, and getting less than that consistently could give you sleep debt (this does vary a lot according to the individual though, some people are healthy on way less!). But also, when it comes to general tiredness, it can have many underlying causes - it could be the result of a minor illness, simply being mentally and/or physically overstrained, a lack of nutrients, or another condition that would ultimately require a specialised doctor to diagnose and not random teenagers on TSR. I hope some of this might set you on the right track, though!

Probably a terrible diet and lack of exercise catching up with you.
Alcohol is not conducive to good quality sleep.

Im 22 now so im guessing 8 hours should really be enough for me?😄 i guess lack of nutrients could have somthing to do with it as ive been trying to eat less. I think ill try and get the courage to go to the doctors in the next week or so. Thank you

Yes ofcourse i agree with you, i just find it weird thar for over a year now ive needed to drink myself to sleep and actually want a drink every night, but now i reallt just dont want to drink and i fall asleep early without it, and its changed that much within a week or 2
Out of everything why would you drink stella which is the second most disgusting beer, only after fosters. Stop drinking one before bed and also try to sleep at a more reasonable time.
maybe you're just getting too much sleep. i also used to sleep really late going to bed at 2/4am and i felt much better after 4/6 hours sleep then if i slept in all morning. i also had all day to then be productive. its hard to start waking up early but its a great habit and im much happier.

I'm not assuming anything, you just asked for possible reason. I gave some some reasons. Taking it or leave it.

When you drink it makes you sleep lighter and so you are probably more tired so cut back on the drink and try to get some better sleep.
do you work night? Is that why you go to sleep later?

Ive thought that actually, ive been falling asleep at like 12.30am but still keeping my alarm set for 10am. I think ill try and set my alarm for 7 in the morning, see if i feel any different. Ive gone through a few phases of getting up at 7am and its so nice but i end up going back to my old sleeping pattern. Im glad you was able to get into a bettee routine !

Ive been trying to cut back my drinking for so long and ive found it so hard, which is why im confused that suddenly its actually hard to drink, and i dont want to drink. I work afternoons and im home by 7 most days, i just go to sleep late because im depressed and its normally hard to sleep

Then your issue is sleep hygiene/routine because you're been trying to self medicate your way through it. At a certain point your body will just say no because it's not sustainable. Stop drinking completely and see a GP about your sleep issues, or at least read up on sleep hygiene.
Go to bed earlier
Get more sleep
Don't drink before bed
