3 x 2 miles 1 x 6 miles
Just to stretch my legs as I have a sedentary job and it helps me destress after work. Highly recommend running in the woods and in scenic environments.

He has a crazy presence on the mic. he's the kinda guy who can make a song his own with 16 bars. His verses on shadowboxing e.g. or trillmatic with asap nast. even the what on biggies album.
Snoop dogg also had this weird ability. he provides mad energy but raps laid back. like in a song you just wait for his bit for you to rap to.
