Try changing your pillowcase every night. Or flip it over and do it every other night. I had a lot of spots as well but cleaning your face a few times a day also helps. Especially after exercise. If it doesn't get better there is always medicine. These are the methods I used to get rid of my acne. Still got a few scars and spots but hope it helps
Firstly. use only Simple products on your skin for 2 weeks. No makeup and make sure all shampoo/conditioner is washed off your face/neck. If this gives you any improvement it means you have got sensitive skin and you need to stop throwing harsh chemicals and clogging makeup at it. If it doesnt work, make an appointment with your GP. There are solutions.
aha acid might help with it or niacinamide (you can buy products with these off The Ordinary) but make sure you read about them first.

other ingredients that help acne: salicylic acid, tea tree oil, witch hazel, bha, vit c.. glycolic acid

and drink water, make sure you wash your face twice a day, and to remove makeup properly if you use it.

idk did you eat some crappy food because thats what it looks like or maybe hormones/allergic reaction
Do you wear make up or use any facial care products? Also, keep an eye on your diet. Try to cut out processed foods, fizzy drinks and caffeine, and eat more fruit and vegetables, and drink more water. If there is no improvement, you should go see the doctor and he can refer you to medicine or a specialist.

Thankyou for all of your replies and one of you asked about medication yes I take the pill and citalopram so it could be hormonal , however the bumpyness has been there beforehand , I wear makeup a lot so I could try going without and wash my face twice a day , if I don't see any changes by trying all of your ideas I shall call the GP thankyou so much !!!
