hiya! i’m ella, or nutella, and this is my blog! ☺️💓
so, a bit about me... i’m 15 ☺️ and am now in year 11 i suppose - eek! 🤭 i am a very serious harry potter fan! you have questions? i probably have the answers 🤓 i’m also quite a sporty person, or at least used to be, so expect sport related updates (mainly gymnastics) and reminisces of the good ol’ days where i was doing every sport imaginable + 1 😊

hiya! the below post is one that i wrote before i begun blogging on this thread, but it still holds the upmost importance, so please, have a read.
Apologies that I haven’t been around much today – I’ve been rather busy with work, me time and figuring out the best way to do this. Like I said, I haven’t been around much, so I have no idea how much Black Lives Matter has been the topic of discussion around here, but I wish to bring it to the forefront of the table right now.
You may think racism is less of a problem now than it used to be. You may think that the problem is solely based in the US. You may think (if you are white) that the racism doesn’t concern you. In which case you are wrong.
Racism is still a massive problem today! A massive problem that needs to be sorted once and for all! Does it not break your heart to know that people are being abused, or worse killed for their race? It certainly does break my heart. Racism isn’t only happening in the US – it’s happening here right in the U.K. also. It is a massive problem and it needs to be sorted!
Yet all too many people are sitting in silence, and that silence speaks millions about you. I know how easy it can be to say nothing at all, but now we all need to come together as one and fight for what’s right. We need unity. We need solidarity.
So what can you do? Below I am going to attach various links. The first is the Black Lives Matter webpage. Here you can read all about the movement, what their aims are and you can find updates from them. The second is a link to sign a petition to ‘Suspend UK export of tear gas, rubber bullets and riot shields to USA’ - this petition is one of many that you can be signing! The third is a link to a site where you can find thousands more petitions, or even create your own should you wish. The fourth is a link to a YouTube search I have done. Here you can watch videos of what’s going on right now, as in protests, and you can also watch videos which help to donate to the cause, which is what I am going to do now.
Out of all of this, the one thing I am asking of you is to read – to educate yourselves. To learn.

do thoughts run through the family? like do family members have the same opinions on a certain individual because they just undoubtedly are that thing or is there some sort of genetic involvement, or is it just coincidence that my mum and i both know this person and both think that she’s horrible and fake? 🤨
