AAAB Predicted Grades

I'm hoping to get around an A*A*AB predicted grades, however with most top Russel groups they do require an A*A*A, would I be disadvantaged with the B?

Keep in mind the B is in further maths and there are no grade requirements for the subject.

No you won’t. Most unis only give a three grade offer anyway

No, they make offers for your best 3 A-levels.

The only exception would be courses where they insist on further maths A-level as part of the 3 (which does happen at a few highly competitive highly analytical courses).
