A machine cuts lengths of ribbon from a 40 metre roll.
Each length of ribbon is 30 centimetres to the nearest cm.

Work out the least number and the greatest number of lengths of ribbon that the machine could cut from one roll.

I did 40-30.5 then 40-29.5 and the put the answers in but it was wrong :frown:

edit: check your units first though , the ribbon is in metres and the pieces in cm
