Okay, open MS Excel and type =randbetween(1,200). That will give you just as reliable college ranking as the THE (or any other ranking for that matter).

Manchester is so low in the ratings because of they are one of the largest universities in countries in terms of numbers of students. They rank low in national rankings because they assessed on teaching quality and student experience whereas global rankings assess research methods and quality along with prestige. So it depends on what is important to you tbh
