Cramp in my neck due to bad sleeping! ARGH watch

    It hurts like hell when I try to move my neck. Any short term/long term solutions for this annoying pain? And I can't work out as well, it messing up my regime. I've thought of massaging it but it hurts way too much.

    You have to turn your head 360 degrees, and keep it like that for 10 minutes. The pain should all vanish... AS WELL AS YOUR LIFE! MWUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA ! :evil:

    Just put ice on it and try to keep it movings so it doesnt stiffen
