Student Bursary help
Hey 
Just wondered if anyone knew how the bursary system works, i was told that my mum had to send a letter to student finance allowing them to share here financial information for my university. I phoned them up today and they said that they had recieved it.
I then contacted student services at uni and they said that the system at thier end hadnt updated and that if it wasnt sorted by tomorrow i wouldnt get it untill after christmas, and if it is sorted by tomorrow then i should get it on the 24th December.
Why would it take that long?
