If I leave uni will I still get rest of the payments of maintainance loan?

Basically I fear I will be kicked of my course as there's a piece of cw I cant do and theres little time to get help or anything... will I still receive the rest of my maintainace loan?

You would no longer be entitled to receive further payments and should notify the SLC as soon as possible.

No. Why don't you do something about the coursework? It's highly unlikely you'll be kicked out for failing one piece of coursework, unless it's your dissertation or something. Even if you missed the deadline, get down the department and explain how hard you're finding it.

If you are struggling then you should really be seeking help. You sound more concerned about getting your money than you are about actually doing the coursework!
