The clean grip / olympic grip.

I'm usually fine with it but for some reason today just couldnt get it right lol. The was putting a lot of pressure on the collar bone.

I get that a fair amount at heavier weight (not that 80kg is heavy for you).
My right elbow has a tendency to drop more than my left for some reason.

My right elbow does the same and my right shoulder is also noticeable tighter than my left which might have something to do with it.

I've push pressed my bodyweight before, not quite there with strict presses though. My best 1 rep press is around 82.5kg, my bw is abour 88kg

I'd recommend doing light front squats before the deads next time. :wink:

Haha, sounds fair. Although it was more of an impulse thing today, I also did squats yesterday see lol
